In the past, the production of toys/dolls plastic has been using cheap PVC as the main raw material. As the environmental protection requirements for plastic products in Europe and the United States are getting higher and higher, the materials used in the toy doll field have gradually demanded that TPE replace PVC. Many of the paint materials used on the TPE on the market need to be surface cleaned before passing through the oil and aging oil test. For this field, we have developed a series of new TPE materials with special features to meet the requirements of most toy dolls. The hardness is from Shore A 0-95. No surface cleaning is required before oiling, weather resistance is good, and oil is not lost after aging test also not cracked.
